Did your teacher never teach you that ICICI and Rewards , these two words are mutually exclusive...??

No mate, this card is for doing UPI transactions using CC for merchant payments... Nothing else..

I am afraid, you will be keep on waiting for a quite sometime if you insist on iOS.
Instead you can try on any of your kins Android, and apply for the card and come back to iOS.
This approach tried and tested successfully by one of our members, I think @0xfallup ..

yus , first have a look in your netbanking whether offer is there or not , and if it's there do android thing
