ICICI Savings/Salary account conversion to Family 360 Banking

I got a mail a while ago that my ICICI Privilege Salary Silver Account will be converted to Family 360 on Nov 1



However I have not received any notice of conversion, nor do I see any changes in the Mobile app or internet banking.
How do I know this has changed? Customer Care has no clue

I currently hold Titanium Salary account I believe. The background is black with Wealth Management written below ICICI logo in net banking. No communication on this so far to me. Looks like segment wise they are planning to do it. Will wait and see. What was the email subject so I can double check again?

Subject was "Notice of change in your Salary Account XXXX offerings"

Mines a privilege account with red, Also what's your salary credit for Titanium Salary, if I may ask?

Login to imobile app - Services - Account Services - Request for family banking - once page is loaded then you will see dropdown, select account - if you get message that family banking is already available on this account - then you know it has changed

Ahh I see it! In the dropdown I see my salary account. But should I upgrade if there are no family members I can add? I have options for 360 and Wealth

wealth is a premium offering that comes with strings attached but you can upgrade to family 360 w/o any strings attached, the only thing you won't get a family debit card until you add a family member

I didn't even know there was a question type thread :s 🙁. Not a frequent user here

Edit, well I tried to Convert to Family 360 and it said

Family 360 is not available for your existing account variant. To Opt for this account variant visit nearest Branch
