Mail on this with your latest cibil report.... And enquiry id in the mail...... It will be removed in 10-15 days... I was able to remove 3 cibil enquiries via this method....
1 day after registering complaint at rbi ombudsman site, i got the call form icici, they will now "investigate"

After I get my complete CIBIL report I will also follow your suit
 
Update: Called Customer Care Executive two times and they told me that my Titanium Debit Card is Paid (200+gst) not LTF as advertised on their website. Can someone confirm? IMG_20250105_085054.webp

Hi, i emailed them about this. After asking for all details, they asked me to wait for 1 month, and now they are saying that this enquiry cannot be removed since my personal loan enquiry was "genuine". They are hoodwinking the customer and making personal loan enquiry in the name of applying for Family 360 savings account.

What recourse is there for this? Do I have to file a complaint with RBI Ombudsman?

I was desperate to open an ICICI savings account ( I had no savings account with ICICI but had CCs with 4.5L Limit) . Tried to apply online from iMobile app. Saw that no Initial funding required. Then I saw this:

By CC limit you mean the total limit or a Limit on a single credit card ?

also, did you open an account via mobile app or internet Banking?
