"Hello, I've been receiving calls from the ICICI credit card selling department for the past two months, offering to upgrade my Coral card to a Shapiro card with a first-year-free (FYF) promotion. I declined the FYF offer, but today I received another call offering the Shapiro card (Dual Mastercard and Amex) with a lifetime-free (LTF) promotion. The person on the call only stated my residential pin code, which I confirmed. However, I'm still unsure if the call was genuine. Could you please confirm? The phone number that called me was +912269041066."

Even I received a similar call but from different number (+912269490766). She said that in 3-4 days virtual card would be visible in iMobile and in 7-8 days card would be delivered in the registered address. She just confirmed my pincode and city by her self and I just said "YES" 🙂

I dont really know. Try contacting customer care and mention your alumni or company ltf eligibility

Nope. But I recorded the call with her name and the offerings with LTF. Will use in case required in future

I received the same call in august and asked me my Pincode and after that no message was received even after 15 days I tried connecting with the customer care regarding this but they said that there is no application with them regarding Saphhiro but after like 20 days from call I was able to see the card in iMobile App and I received the card after 5 days

Oh sucks…I too received a call from the same no. but could not take it as I was in a meeting!!
Hope I haven’t missed Sapphiro LTF 😐

+ he said it might help in limit increment (which seems legitimate, as i havnt got any limit increments on ICICI cards since a few years now, maybe it hit ceiling top of current cards max limits)..
blatantly been telling them their cards are useless, still they kept calling for FYF, on every call since 6-7 month i asked for LTF, they didnt offer so it might be that they wont give me LTF...

hows ICICI's retention?? will they make it LTF upon renewal??

or if i dont activate in 30/37 days then LTF??
