What's the MAB you guys maintaining in your Wealth management account.

And what's would be the ideal mab to prevent it from getting downgraded.
Or any tips to avoid getting the account downgraded without maintaining mab.

Upgradation and new account opening are diff things

I'm aware about that, either they will upgrade or open the new wealth account and later they link it with our old account as far as I know. So that both the accounts will be wealth management account.

Yeah most probably they will open new account and I haven’t heard any successful upgradation without 25L and their can be exception always

Opened WM account in Delhi, initially they asked for 10L cheque but finally agreed to open with 2L, thanks TF community 😁

I am not sure about the upgrade path.
As I have an ICICI Amazonpay credit card with good spends and credit limit of 6.4 lakhs, I got an email from ICICI Wealth RM and offered me "0" balance WM account. He visited my home and took all my details and opened the account.. It has been a good experience since then. Most of the times he visits my home for any doc or cheque collections etc..
You can call WM dedicated CC at 1800 103 8181, they will be courteous enough to guide you..

I hope the customer care number changed to 1800 1080 when I call this 1800 103 8181 they are telling this.

If I remember correctly 1800 1080 is general banking no. does it identify WM customers automatically ?

I think generally once a quarter , .. if not once in 6 months... Not definitely monthly

Finally, after fight they agreed to convert my existing account into Wealth. Received BM message on whatsapp today that he got approval and account will be converted in 3 working days and I would able see wm status on Monday. Let's see if that happens on Monday.

Then after reading few posts from technofino, i learnt that black theme is for wealth management customers. nowhere in imobile it is written wealth management. I rarely login to netbanking, but today when i logged in, this showed up:

i don't understand what to do now? i always have had very low balance in this account. less than 1 lakh. how it became WM? is it a mistake? i think by mistake it is showing WM, while my account is just normal 10k balance maintain account.

There will be iPal chat option in iMobilePay you can ask your Account Status Code and segment to confirm the same.

You don't need to do anything except enjoying the WM account.

1) Call 1800 1080 from your registered mobile, if it says welcome to WM.. this confirms...You can ask CC as well
2) Ask for welcome kit. and
3) Ask for WM MC World DC

Nowadays WM Accounts are Easy and Normal.......No Major benefits except free cibil check and zero MAB..else nothing special....

Do you have this as a salary account in ICICI? Since how long you are having this account? Do you have any ICICI credit cards?
