IDFC Account Digitally Opened - Total Freeze

Hey guys, I recently opened an IDFC First bank savings account, I already have an IDFC Credit card.

The account shows Total Freeze, and the Kit has been dispatched to my communication address.

Any Idea how to unfreeze the account?

Don't know brother but as far as i know for some transaction it got blocked but i have not recieved any type of suspicious payment from anywhere.
Don't know why they blocked the account.

Close the account & open account with current address near branch .. on location of home
They are hopeless bank followers
But hopeless bank never do freezing

By 30 keep account to zero

On 1 st of april u will receive any interest u r liable to

Then call idfc customer care & ask for account closure link

They will send link - give consent
It will be close in 7 days

Account is totally freeze so i don't think any interest will be credited .i already confirmed via cc they told if your account doesn't have any issue then only you can close it online. For this issue you have to visit the branch itself.
& Yes i have visited the branch already they told only home verification is the way to unblock the account. & As the address is way more far from there operation areas its not possible.
Till they have told me to wait for some days if they got anything they will update me.
But personally saying i don't have any hope from them so far 🥲
And the saddest part is account varient is Future first. 🥲

Amount of the transaction was?

Specially scan pay at different locations g merchants.

Is this genuine or the purpose was rotating? I guess this is not the case of rotation.
If so, you can escalate this matter on the ground of genuity.
Or if this account doesn't matter to you or want peace of mind, close your A/c & withdraw your money.

It's not but IDFC doesn't allow even more than 25k UPI trxn at a time. 😂
IDFC has weird polices.

Me whos doing rtgs to move money from idfc to Hdfc .

& For smaller - ImPS .

Icici & hdfc remains the main bank regardless how lucrative these might look

I opened Ff idfc for Address chnge in Aadhar for amex 😂

My IDFC agent is ready to go 35+ kms 😂
Just depends on motivation & kickback they getting..
Bribe them if u really want or just close it and let it go
Child got Tetanus & it has no cure other than muscular spasms deadly ones

Aur bas no of acc kam krne the,

Koi use nhi tha, socha FF use krlunga UPI k liye, but moye moye hogya😑
