IDFC Account Digitally Opened - Total Freeze

Hey guys, I recently opened an IDFC First bank savings account, I already have an IDFC Credit card.

The account shows Total Freeze, and the Kit has been dispatched to my communication address.

Any Idea how to unfreeze the account?

Mainly I use Rupay CC. If Rupay CC is disabled, I use slice wallet upi. Earlier used 811/AU Digital Account

But considering getting a upi only account. And now totally confused which one to go for

bro just close it's not worth the hassle , same happened with me ... just closed this shit and from then i wont be using IDFC for UPI transactions n all even if i get IDFC acc in future , everything is automatic in IDFC and they do rr to do something manually ... close it and have peace of mind

Try AU Digital Account or ICICI 0 balance account. Have never heard their accounts getting freezed for such nonsense reasons

What all accounts do you hold RN?

Currently using IDFC for all my UPI transactions. So far its going good. 🤣 yup thinking of going with AU.

ICICI is offering bal account while applying their cards. Have a look at it too. Else 95k funding is also an option

din k 4-5 upi tran minimum hote the , acc freeze hua tha BM ko milne gaya woh gol gol ghuma rhi ki update nhi aaya kuch , 10 din wait kiya then band hi karwa diya branch mai form fill karke
