IDFC Bank Account Total Freeze

I've been using IDFC Bank account for around 3.5 years now but suddenly 4 days ago, they added a Total Freeze on my bank account stating - Financial transactions (both debit and credit) in your account are currently restricted.
I contacted my RM and he said that NPCI has put a restriction on the account and asked me from where I receive UPI payments in my account. I notified them that those UPI txns are from my business bank account and said the same over email, but after that, there have been no updates regarding this and just said that its in process.

Any idea what should I do next?

Update - After 20 days, the bank finally removed the Freeze from my account

Bhaiyo, aaj mera wealth account freeze ho gaya h. Branch thodi dur hi thi or m chala gaya and wo bole ki aapke account m bohot credit/debit transactions h same amount ke.

unko maine samjhaya ki ye account isi reason ke liye banaya tha ki jitne ka bill bharna ho utne dusre account se transfer karlu and fir same amount se apna bill bharlu.

or meri shaadi h 2 mahine baad to transactions ki frequency or matra bohot jyada hi rahegi. Usko sare transactions kholkr dikhaye ki sab ke sab bill payments h or m ye IDFC se isliye karta kyunki aap log refund jaldi process karte, if in case transaction fail ho toh.

Madam ne kaha ki ekm application likh do wo hum regional head se approve karwa lenge and fir aapka account kal raat tak unfreeze ho jayega.

ab ye baat kitni sach h? ye log kar denge kal tak unfreeze?

Have you received any UPI transactions from someone who also deals in crypto?
I have seen multiple instances last year similar to this.
no dude, just me transferring my own funds from different banks. everything belongs to me. It's just there are multiple debit credit transactions of the same amount in short short intervals

I've faced the same issue a few months ago, The branch ppl had given me the same reply like in ur case
My transactions are self transfers
do ur work and wait for one day if they do not unfreeze ur account directly send a mail to Nodal officer then immediately bm will call u and resolve the issue try to explain ur urgency in this matter so they may respond promptly

In my case they did not do their work well so, I escalated it to nodal officer and I eventually closed idfc SA to avoid this stupid things

from branch side no SR number was generated (I don't if they raised a req for me)
but from Nodal officer end I received email which contains all info like SR num. I'd suggest u to escalate this issue to Regional Nodal desk if they did not resolve ur query in 1-2 days

So you first got your account unfrozen and then closed the account?
