Do IDFC Provide CC Upgrade from "Select" to "Wealth First"? (I am eligible for select but I want Wealth first)

May I know your salary range? Because my request for upgradation to wealth is being rejected time and again, my net salary being 50k per month, and I also hold ICICI cc with 5.1 lakhs limit.

When applying card to card select Sapphiro or Emeralde and give the correct limit of your icici card at that time showing in cibil

They do, and it depends most on your TRV than card variant. You can try C2C with credit card of having more than 5L limit and 1 year vintage

We have a bank kiosk setup in office. Asked for Wealth card. The lady said can be done on C2C. She helped fill in the online form, I selected Amex Plat Reserve with a limit of 5.24 L. Also declared net salary as 3L/month. CIBIL is 770. Yet the system offered me Select card. I declined though the exec said once I get the card, they will help upgrade.

Close your current card. Apply afresh after 3 months using card to card online

Can we apply immediately (after closing the current card) or does 3 months is the cooling period?

Somebody pl clarify, I too closed my card today. Maintained 6L Amb & Demat holdings + FD > 50L. What amazes me is what else do they require other than this for a card that is not even their top tier. Anyhow like how they have integrated with zerodha, Hence will continue with this. Meanwhile I've pinged them to ask which demat account they consider to TRV.
