Followed same process with idfc rupay.. But 12rs deducted for 1k adding funds. And paid bill.

So I gave it a try (mini kyc, 1k/trxn 5k/day limit), I added 1k twice with my idfc acc, and 1k once with dad's idfc acc.
Both didn't got instant rp's.
Arindam seems confident however that rp will come. If mcc is not in exclusion then it is possible it might come later perhaps? idk.
Also adding to wallet has 0 charge. But paying bbps payment has 0.1% fee which is fine i think. Free ofc would have been better.
Also people complaining that adding money via rupay has a charge, well scheme is only for visa debit not rupay, so if u want free addition in walllet then use visa.

not really, once info is put with otps, hardly takes 2 mins at most, then just add money via wallet. what's complex?
Problem is this whole exercise might be for nothing as reward points aren't coming.

dude, it has been updated that use visa not rupay. Why people aren't following instructions.
And yes, no reward points.
Also Just trying to login and now the app auto logged me out and is saying system is under maintainance.
Wtf, I had about 800 rs left in wallet.
What crap is this app honestly, yuck.

May be after 12AM site may be under maintenance. And also many users would have tried. Due to that system may be down. Hope morning they will fix the issue.

Btw I am getting more and more concerned abt this app. I checked my idfc acc and the trxn of ezeepay says "withdrawal" from POS-VISA/RAZ*RzeePay/xxxx/location
this "location" is the same as what i gave in kyc. Like for ex if I live in east delhi, it says in trxn east delhi.

i have never seen a trxn like this ever even in sbiunipay/canarasetu/zavo/goodscore etc. All trxns always said "debit" never withdrawal.
