Go to branch & deal with BM directly don't talk to employee.

U have future first? Account

Give them. 2 day time to solve it
Else complain in rbi ( say to them )

Meanwhile call customer & raise request

+ Tweet them in dm
With harsh tone .they will call u by tomorrow & will help in coordination with branch

I have received a message saying "Dear Customer, SR xxxxx has been raised for removal of freeze from your A/c ending with xxxx. Your request will be processed in 30 working days. Team IDFC FIRST Bank TCA". I had talked with two executives and both of them told me within 3 days account will be unfreeze.

Hey guys if anyone know how long will it take to unfreeze after receiving this message. It's shown in the message that it will take 30 days but the cs is telling at most 3 days.

Your due date?

Jokes aside.....

Did you put all your money in single account?
If your due date is near than ask some money from family/friends or rotate money using bharatnxt/pice/snaypay.
Due date is 7th of May. I didn't put all my money, for 80k bill I had only 45k on idfc. Yea if things don't work out I am thinking of rotation but I will incur atleast 1.6% charges on 50k
