I can able to view the debit card but still it's showing "Debit Restricted" in the app.

I was able to do upi before speaking to cs and after the debit card transactions getting failed. After speaking to cs i can't able to do any debit transactions. So I am having a doubt that the cc have put a debit freeze on me.
