When do they charge? Till date I've done multiple redemptions from May.. haven't ever been charged the 99+GST

IDFC First Bank Launched its Debit Card Reward System

Within the next 60 days, 99+ GST will be charged as per IDFC Rewards Portal.
I redeemed 20K points last month but have not yet been charged.

Based on the inputs from fellow members,
For jio fin, need to add the dc again even though the dc is showing in the saved cards and try paying.
For unipay, try paying the bill without logging in, it should work.

I have converted my individual IDFC wealth account to joint.
The family member that I have added has received normal debit card.
Will there be seperate reward profile for that debit card?
Account number is same for both debit cards.
But customer id is different.
I did 1st transaction from that new debit card on 10th of aug.
But haven't recieved any points in my existing reward profile.
And I am unable to see another reward profile with new customer id.

I am yet to received points for txns for July 21st transactions.

I called their support twice.
And as per their support, both debit card will earn points.
1st time they told me there will be 2 different reward profile.
2nd time they told me single reward profile would be there
Waiting for 14 days to raise the complaint
Only Primary Holder DC will Receive the Welcome Benefits in Case of joint and all the transactions done via Primary DC will receive the RPs.

Haven't received points for transactions made after 3rd August.

Pending even for transactions done on 30/31 st July. Received for 1/5/8th August

Same for me.. haven't received reward points for 30th july
banker@idfcfirstbank.com attach the pics and mention that you are out of India and can only communicate through email. They will check and credit you the same.
