IDFC First Bank Launched its Debit Card Reward System

Guys my frnd has opened idfc select last month by giving a 3 lakh cheque and his account has got frozen two days ago, actually he was recieving all the settlements of bharatpe from last 2 weeks in idfc account, and due to high no of transactions this happened, so if anyone faced the same issue please tell ur experience, he is saying that he won't do such things again and will maintain sincerely, just want his account to get unfreeze. The branch is saying to give an written application abt the transaction so please tell and give some excuses to write it in that application.

What reason IDFC gave for account freeze? high number of Transactions or transaction specifically related to bharatpe?

or bharatpe per kis type ka transaction hua h?

As said, give a written application stating that all transactions are genuine, somehow, IDFC's A/c got linked to Merchant UPI QR. That's why, high no. of credit transactions are there, which cause to flag, you have taken corrective measures from your end so that it won't repeat again and requesting the branch to coordinate with concerned team/department to lift the freeze, mot likely the branch will take approval from Regional Head, may be you will see SRN for the same when raised. If required, you can submit, txns statement and all.

Btw how ur account got unfreeze please share ur experience

read this thread. I have shared my experience as well. If the transactions are legit and not business related, they'll unfreeze within 24 hours.
 
Has anyone here raised a complaint about 1000 Rs voucher missing?
And if Yes,what was their response? Is it coming back or not?

Wealth 10L
Private 50L

These are deposit required for upgrade. Some branch/RM ask for maintaining some do it on deposit/accumulation of the said amount.

If you upgrade 1 account you can group others and enjoy the same benefits on all accounts.
How can we group.
I have a joint account.
Where my primary debit card is of wealth type
Where as secondary isn't

For Private my RM asked for 1 Cr. I proposed to put 50L, but she denied.

Settled with wealth instead.
