Is 10 L AMB really needed to maintain after upgrading to IDFC First Wealth account? What is the probability they will downgrade variant of bank account?

Also, I observed a thing, when my bank account was upgraded to Wealth, IVR call is directly connecting to support agent without asking any detail but after reducing the balance in bank account, IVR is redirecting to a menu and asking for a verification before redirecting to an agent. like what is happening in a normal bank account. I thought they've downgraded my account because priority banking was not there. When logging to net banking or mobile app, it's still showing Wealth account.

to open you need to 10L for wealth and 1month later you need keep 25K and for downgrade your RM does that he/she can do within the second she/he understand you won't keep funds or not interested in any idfc service so auto downgrade isn't a thing for now for idfc cause they want customer, but soon idfc will impose this though. how soon? idk so only open account if can keep the funds.

Got credited 10x accelerated rewards after complain. I earned it using sbi unipay when i paid cc billa of ither banks through my idfc wealth debit card.

The best thing is that manually they credited incorrecr points and after complaining, they crediter additional points also.

The best thing is they credited the whole 10x accelerated reward points again,😂😂😂

Means where I should have just received 9400 points, they credited me 9400 again by mistake. 😂

This means therr are chances of you getting points credited twice when you make a complaint for missing points. You will get it automatically also and manually also but yeah depends on luck.

After sometime it will get deducted after system calculation, manual credits are just for customer satisfaction so don't use the extra points else the balance get negative

Even i have received 15,000 extra points today for August month even though manual points were credited 😅

Can anyone pls confirm if they really reverse the points if excess points are credited?
