Did you raise complaint for 21? I did today.. they registered and told me they would check and do a manual credit.. said would take around 7 working days.

FK I had it in mind yesterday but called @18:01 so couldn't connect today forgot 🥲 now Monday...

because these points belongs to prior month And gets credited this month

No it doesn't include previous months manual credits.

No transaction date decides the capping of a particular month, not the date of points crediting

Core rewards points for 50k and after that any spend done with ur debit card uh will get 10x!

They have to debit this charge within a timeframe as per terms and conditions. I think it’s 60 days. If they charge beyond 60, we can ask for refund.

1st time I was charged
2nd time I wasn't
For 3rd and 4th : 60 days are not over yet

i did cc bill payment on canara setu.
Transaction was showing as processing and after 3-4min of transaction, i got message saying transaction has been failed and refund will be initiated shortly.
I am bit worried since it is first time the transaction has failed on canara setu.

Anybody, who faced this, can you please confirm, in how many days refund will be initiated & credited to source a/c ? Do i need to raise a complaint on the portal?

I opened idfc account 3 days ago, but i am not able to open reward section, i am not able to see reward option anywhere in app and when searched for reward section i can see reward option but it is not opening. Does it take time for reward system to start in new account??
