U can do any transaction except what is in the excluded list and get the welcome points. It's not necessary that u have to pay credit card bills only via setu or phonepe

no bro, chill. I was just asking, I don't mind waiting. This was for dad's acc, I personally have first tap already and it works great. Just have patience. Maximum time waiting is 7 days. It can show up in the app before 7 days anytime. It can be 12 hrs or 24 or 2 days, don't know but max is 7 days so just patience.

Such a loot, if done, should not be made public.. afaik.. or else, the bank will understand the loophole and will reverse everything, like axis did for a year backs RP.

Maybe there are people who already make this loot... It should be kept secret..

first with normal debit card as the acc opened recently....
then when wealth conv already under family banking, i just paid bill, so that...

and then firsttap rupay also coming so will do that and it will also give haha i am guessing.

anyways as my dad has brand new wealth visa infinite dc, whr to do the trxn? just want to do a 1k-1.5k trxn for 8000 pts... setu isn't accepting visa, and phonpe has charges, shd i try maximize @Abhishek012 ?

I know, what I was saying is, when the acc of my dad opened 2 weeks back, i did pay bill, got 250. Now acc conv to wealth so I did billpay and willl get 250, and now will get firsttap too, will do billpay once i get, and i get billpay 250 again...

so basiclally 750 billl pay pts within same month of feb lol.

ya i am aware of that, but want maximum benefit, apay voucher via maximize seems fine, but maximize's mcc code is not in excluded catagory right in idfc? i wish i could use visa for cc payment somewhr but phonepe charges fees on visa.

so finally did 1600 trxn from visa wealth, for 8k pts/base rewards.

even as per abhishek i did 1500+ trxn only on my first tap, I got the 8k pts. But my friend did 1001 trxn and he got it aswell. So idk how the concept of 1500 came, i guess abhishek meant just to be on the safe side which makes sense but 1k works too appearantly.

I c ame to know about this card yesterday only.
And from then only my apply now button is disabled.

I dont think they will send me card before I apply.
