Since morning have been trying and got the given reason for payment failed
Only 1k worth transaction have been successfully by doing it multiple times

And now even that way of doing it shows failed transaction


Any other Alternative

This is phonepe app issue.

wait 48hrs, if not working then sue any other phonepe account but better to contact phonepe customer care too.

I think you use first time phonepe app CC bill payment that's why this error.

Old users no such issue.

Manual points credited for January after some tough emails and tough calls with RM. Nothing credited automatically for February yet.

Quick question, will manual point credit for January count in the point capping for February? It should not happen but anything can happen at IDFC it seems.

apply IDFC 2nd debit card, IDFC add-on Firstap RuPay Platinum variant debit card.

You will get same reward + 10x reward benefit on RuPay variant spend (normal, select, wealth and private account).

Use RuPay variant on Phonepe app CC bill payment without any extra charges.

My brother recently took wealth account in idfc and he hasn't done any transaction or he doesn't know anything regarding This. Now I told Bank manager to add me as his family member but it is pending.

Till now I never thought of using his account but after Canara Setu got patched I am asking him to apply for first tap rupay variant to use on Phone pe.

How much time After applying I can be able to Transact on Idfc Rupay platinum variant.

What merchant name I need to consider while paying Credit card bill on phone pe.

Phonepe - Visa not working that's why i suggest RuPay variant (2nd idfc debit card, Firstap RuPay variant).

Also no extra charges, conv fee for RuPay variant on Phonepe app.

if you already spend 50k this month on visa variant then it count rupay spend as incremental spend.

Reward rate and 10x reward benefit depend on account type. No matter which debit card you used.
