Please do some homework before posting queries. Multiple times it has been told that 4k points are for select, 8k for wealth. 2k is for normal customers.

I wrote to IDFC asking about this discrepancy between their Corporate Salary Account webpage and First Rewards webpage. They have corrected their Corporate Salary webpage now. It says 10X reward points applicable on every Rs. 150 spent above 50K now.

Dear Sir. I do have currently active classic account with 10k MAB. If i convert this to corporate salary package account with above 50k , what will be my rewards category. Will it still be classic/Select/wealth category. can any one pl reply if known.
and this 10X rewards limit also please.

Yes, 1 lakh per day.

by the way your IDFC account is classic variant but IDFC FirstTap is RuPay Platinum DC

You can also use this card for your RuPay Amazon friday offer and RuPay Swiggy friday offer and save Rs200 per month.

For me after 15 feb no rps credit..even for shopping and grocery transactions

The RP allocation is random. Some get in 2 days, some get after 20 days. Only thing is to wait for 14 working (business days-excluding PH) and raise a request. If eligible, they will credit that in 4-5 working days as bonus.

Since morning have been trying and got the given reason for payment failed
Only 1k worth transaction have been successfully by doing it multiple times

And now even that way of doing it shows failed transaction
