I received the 8k points on my Wealth DC. However, I had to call them and remind them to credit the points. I waited 20 days since my first transaction to remind them.
I have transacted prior to 14th July for a few transactions. Still I received the points.
To which number u called

They are denying to give bonus points

Coz I did a transaction Before July 14th

I called the customer care number. I think there’s only one number now. Spoke to the First rewards team. They initially denied the reward points citing that I had made transactions before June 14th. But I asked them to check from their end and update me. I ended up getting the points though.

Do let us know if it gets posted. Untill a month back cheq cred were all generating points. I thing the restriction has been enforced rather strictly now
I've gotten RP for the Sept 6 txn on mobikwik cc billpay showing as "One Mobikwik System", by Sept 7 night. Haven't got for Sept 1 cheq, so I guess that clears it up, that Mobikwik still works but no Cheq/Cred.
Problem is, one can never be sure it will keep working or if IDFC will change it in a few days or weeks or months quietly with no way to appeal since it's technically against TnC. Every time I want to make a larger payment I'll have to do a smaller one first and wait a few days to see if it's still giving points and then do the large one.

Atleast HDFC platinum DC billpay 1% is reliable from a long time.

Also, I don't know if it was mentioned in this thread anywhere so far, but the txns that don't get base RPs also don't count towards the 10X threshold. I made a 1L+ cheq txn on my Select DC on Sept 1 and got no points, and then a small mobikwik txn which got only base points. So, the cheq txn didn't count against the 1L spends threshold for incremental bonus 10X
