I see no point maintaining my 25k account with their cc application glitch and now this Dc removal of points on every other category of transaction. How to close my saving account . i have opened only a month ago

Go to branch and fill closure form. They'll close the account.

Maybe change A/c variant to 10K . The interest on IDFC saving A/c is quite good and better than others so maybe you can keep the account for occasional payments when all other limits are exhausted..

I have Account in Hdfc ,icici and axis .. plus these kotak811 &paytm zero balance ..so i guess its ok ..
But i will close this and think about opening rbl bank account & get signature + debit card

Seems they are selective in giving rps, I got rps for some transactions with CC bill and didn't get for some other cc bills on same platform. Looking like a lucky draw😂

Well I made many Debit transactions on card before 14 JULY, but still Received Welcome Points on 1st Sept. I didn’t ask them though

How did you pay 143000 on MobiKwik in one single transaction via debit card n??

You can only transact upto 20000 with this card. Getting this error on Mobikwik when I am trying bill of 19K... I have already did a transaction of 18K

if u are doing it for first time with new cc along dc .System might not allow hence pay with smaller chunks and later entire amount . i paid 2.15 l of rbl through mobikwik same way
