Someone told, now you will get only one time welcome rewards, customer care told him.

If its true then apply 2nd IDFC debit card, Firstap RuPay Wealth Debit Card and use for welcome rewards, transaction rewards and 10x rewards.

Which Debit card use for Credit Card bill payment in April 2025:

1) IDFC Debit cards: All IDFC account holder apply 2nd debit card - Add-on IDFC Firstap Sticker RuPay Platinum Debit Card.

You will get same reward points and 10x reward points benefit as per your account variant - Normal/General, Select, Wealth and Private account.

Apply 2nd IDFC Debit card ( primary visa/mastercard card + this add-on RuPay card both will coexist) from IDFC app, under your debit card section.

new portal, i was able to redeem for first 2 days then after that getting error constantly

Same here even today could not redeem any points. Only credit card points can be redeemed on new portal.

Debit card and savings account points are failing.

Maybe but there is no reason to block me as my transactions are all genuine.

Bhai, earning or redeeming? Also, share your redemption pattern. Did you redeem 40K points consecutively for 2 days? How many points have you been earning on a monthly basis for the last few months?

We need to deduce a pattern here to see if IDFC is targeting people, if at all they are doing so.

Tried on new portal on the app as well similar problem. Error redeeming points.

Someone on the other thread posted that customer care has informed this is some back end fix in progress.
