The bank has revamped its rewards experience, moving it to the IDFC FIRST Mobile Banking App ONLY option.
Now, you can redeem your reward points with a refreshed interface and new redemption options.

🔹 How to Access the New Rewards Store?​

1️⃣ Update your App
2️⃣ Login to the IDFC FIRST Mobile Banking App
3️⃣ Tap on the Menu (☰) in the top left corner
4️⃣ Select "FIRST Rewards"

🛍 Redemption Details: (Same as Before)​

✔️ Redemption Fee: ₹99 + GST (each time)
✔️ Maximum Order Value: ₹10,000 per order
✔️ Maximum Order Value Per Day: ₹10,000

📢 What’s New?​

🔄 First Rewards Portal is now merged with the Credit Card Redemption Portal.
❌ Many vouchers are gone, but the best part is that Flipkart and Amazon Shopping Vouchers are still available for redemption.

📱 PRO TIP:​

✅ Amazon Shopping Voucher and Flipkart Voucher are available against reward points. GRAB NOW!
❌ Unfortunately, while Amazon Gift Card is listed, it cannot be redeemed using reward points — only available for purchase.

You can only pay upto 70% of flight/ hotel booking with points now. There was no restrictions earlier.

Also bonus reward points will not be earned for the 30% paid in cash.

Can't see such option as of now! 🙁
I hope they will bring back that option in future.

IDFC just copied what yes bank did (same ota partner)

Old portal still works for viewing the summary

For me, it's better to just keep the rewards in the account instead of redeeming for Amazon Shopping or Flipkart vouchers. Good thing the points don't expire 🙂

How u got 1lakh points ,if we aquire points like this ur reward system may get block

Some times reward system may block due to high points
