just yesterday i visited an HP pump. they were willing to assist but in their POS machine under pay voucher only numbers are taken, not alphabets. So unable to redeem it.

same issue happend to me. what can I do right now ? is there any process to redeem it ? should I enroll hpcl drive track plus to use this voucher ? I don't know whether this voucher can be redeemed there or not
u can ask the rewards team about redemption issue. also can reach out to HP as well.
My friend used Rs 2000 voucher at hp pos. And no difficulty faced.

16 digit voucher code entered in the POS machine. That's it. He told they have hp pay app also he tried frist in the app but voucher code wrong msg came after that tried in the POS machine and than it successful.
can they share more details? which POS machine was that? how to navigate to the correct section to enter the code?
were the points reversed automatically or you had to raise a complaint?

Points were reversed automatically the next day as the order was not successful.

idk abt new portal but old portal I did purchase agv, and I didn't got 8k. voucher. Then I raised manual credit points to customer care in april. They told me why there wasn't auto credit of 8k points is coz it was a new card so it wasn't linked to rewards portal yet.
For safe side, I'll suggest you to do the trxn next month, so that hopefully by then card would be linked to idfc rewards portal. Till this month end, make sure you open rewards portal 1-2 times so rewards portal syncs with the new card.
I am telling this based on experience of old portal. If someone has experience of new portal with brand new idfc wealth card (like they got the digital card not physical card delivered yet in last 1-2 days), they can update us if there was instant 8k points or not.
Or just call them and confirm that your card is linked to rewards portal or not.
