I checked with customer care and it looks my reward portal is blacklisted.

How do u know that the rewards portal is blocked from the ui ? You are just not able to redeem the points at the last screen when you click the buy button or is it something else

Which person did u speak with in the rewards team ? Was it bhupendra ?

No. They have forwarded my case to branch. They will assess and take a decision.

Did not know that idfc blocks people... the only instance was the mass blocking earlier with email which they rolled back with apology.

Assuming that all those people are now again getting blocked?

May be an error during transition to new system?

Hey, if I may ask about 10x rps on IDFC can you confirm 10x points earned on 50k+ worth Txn and excluding 50k value?

I mean if I did 11 times Txn of 5k then will 10x be calculated for last 5k Txn ? I mean only after reaching 50k+ then I will get 10x rps from there?

Yes you are correct, till 50k it's normal RP, post 50k, it will be 10x

Reach out to everyone at IDFC FIRST Bank, including V. Vaidyanathan, to address this issue. Blocking access to the reward portal is unacceptable. If the bank lacks the resources or willingness to honour its commitments, it does not give them the right to deny rightful rewards. Customers are charged for services and subjected to advertisements, but when it's time for the bank to deliver on its promises, they block access. Such practices are no longer tolerable. JAI HIND. 😎
