idk abt new portal but old portal I did purchase agv, and I didn't got 8k. voucher. Then I raised manual credit points to customer care in april. They told me why there wasn't auto credit of 8k points is coz it was a new card so it wasn't linked to rewards portal yet.

For safe side, I'll suggest you to do the trxn next month, so that hopefully by then card would be linked to idfc rewards portal. Till this month end, make sure you open rewards portal 1-2 times so rewards portal syncs with the new card.

I am telling this based on experience of old portal. If someone has experience of new portal with brand new idfc wealth card (like they got the digital card not physical card delivered yet in last 1-2 days), they can update us if there was instant 8k points or not.

I did Rs 1001 wallet load on Amazon through IDFC Wealth DC, and paid 8k CC bill payment using Firsttap on freecharge
And within 10 mins got welcome points as well as 4 points per 150

I see the points but when clicking on it , navigating to portal there I can see point balance as zero, assuming it will get updated in 14 days, pls correct

Or just call them and confirm that your card is linked to rewards portal or not.

It's apparently some bug on their side. Some cards don't get linked. I figured this out when one of my cards never gave any points and I always had to request for manual credit.
The customer support person verified the last 4 digits of my debit card and they were of my older card. Then after placing a request to link my new card, points started crediting automatically.

hey everyone,
so i was checking the rps i have, in the app it shows around 40k( bonus of 10x yet to be recieved) and on the website it shows 42k.On the website i cant see the history of points earned from the start of april.
Any idea on this?

Honestly I haven't wait , everything I did in roughly 10 mins,
First transacted through Visa card and then 1stap,
After 10 mins I could see all points credited

Yep. just tried with test 1k trxn, instant points (on menu bar, instant, but when i click on it, points show old one's, which is fine, I guess it takes time to credit).

Anyways, I did 99k trxn after that. Again instant points. Total 1L trxn, earlier pts bal : 16k, new bal : 23k

I tried using Amex Bill pay website, but did not receive any points. Upon contacting IDFC Customer support, they mentioned MCC as 6012 (probably, or something else starting from 6) which is not valid for receiving RPs

16 digit voucher code entered in the POS machine. That's it. He told they have hp pay app also he tried frist in the app but voucher code wrong msg came after that tried in the POS machine and than it successful.

Can you share more details? Like which company POS it was and what exact sequence was followed to punch in the alphanumeric code.

AFAIK it's not a POS machine. It's a different machine which allows redemption of HP vouchers, payment through fastag etc.
A few years ago I receive 1K worth vouchers from HDFC and I successfully redeemed the code in a Tier 3 city.

That particular machine couldn't accept payment by cards or UPI QR.
