I got separate limit. I am a Wealth Card holderI hold an IDFC wealth card, and when i try to apply for club vistara or idfc power+, it just asks me my mobile number, name and otp , and then it shows the card with shared limit.
This is what their social media team replies: "We would like to point out that we have provided multiple means of reaching us for your resolution, and we would appreciate you using the same instead of social media." How transparent?IDFCFIRSTBank worst service ever, my IDFC Club Vistara credit card in good stead (flawless repayments, 2.7 lakhs limit available and transactions enabled) stopped working mysteriously for all merchants & they charged 5.9k for it. CC is not able to give any resolution or ETA. Their CC executive hangs on you & RM blocks you. Will take it all the way to RBI Ombudsman if needed and they pulled off this just a week before my statement cycle ends and I am at 27k spends just 3k short of 30k milestone to earn those 2000 bonus CV points.

But why, why is the onus on me? I will ask for full fee refund from RBI Ombudsman as the bank couldn't deliver the services as sold and will seek compensation for my economic loss.Maybe you can try replacing the card and see if the new card works?
Is it working on online transactions? It once happened with one of my cards, that chip based transactions were not working. Also, sometimes due to "seemingly" fraudulent transaction, the bank freezes the card. But yeah, i agree that IDFC should resolve it from their end.But why, why is the onus on me? It's not working for any online merchant. Tried godaddy, bms, cred, amazon and many more. Also, its active and not frozen as confirmed by customer care. They themselves don't know the reason and aren't giving me any ETA. I have all calls recorded and they also need to store as it's a recorded line.Is it working on online transactions? Not yet. Yet to hear back. Looks like some technical glitch. It all started after a failed payment at bookmyshow CWC tickets. The gateway wasn't accepting any form of payment, no card, no UPI, no Paytm or Postpaid. Finally Lazypay worked and I could book the match tickets. This card stopped working ever since that payment for every merchant. Seems come flag got triggered and it stayed that way. Because as per the CC the card was active and without any issues.glad that issue is resolved. Why they stopped trxns at first? Any explanation provided by them?
Are you trying it to DF App using Activation Pin?@rahulsethi Have you activated DreamFolks Card? I am trouble accessing the membership. DF people saying card is inactive and contact the IDFC, IDFC people are saying its activated by default and contact DF for this issue. I am struggling since 1 month. All email communication.
