IDFC FIRST Vistara Credit Card Review | IDFC First Bank Launched Vistara Co-Branded Credit Card

can some one share how did they receive premium economy ticket voucher, in my case its already 3 months since card is issued but it is not reflecting in vistara account while the upgrade voucher are already showing over there

If you want the ticket immediately then contact customer care and they will release it. Exp. date will start from the ticket credit date so if you dont need ticket then do nothing you will get that eventually.

Are you checking for the premium economy ticket voucher on the app? It won't show up on the app. You need to log in to the website and check under Vouchers.

thanks, this solved my issue. actually its not showing under my voucher on website also, it is available in tab of on demand voucher generation.
 
Hey guys I got my IDFC Club vistara card but I have not received my 3 months of eazydiner membership. Tried contacting Customer care but there is no response after contacting multiple times
 
I have Axis Vistara Infinite which I will renew again ( just for Gold membership ) . Planning to take SBI Vistara prime also for paying rents after the devaluation but I have a query on the CV Id . Will my old CV id reflect the premium vouchers from SBI which I will receive in future . Also, SBI Vistara will give me Silver tier but I already have Gold tier . How will take work . Any help is appreciated . Thank you .

Yes, you will retain Gold tier from VI. If the mobile number is same, your CV points for both cards will be pooled in the same account.

@Ravana_88 : Why SBI Prime over IDFC Vistara card? Does IDFC vistara not give rent payment milestone benefit? Asking because I am also planning to get one and choosing between these two

I am only going to pay rent via this card . SBI Vistara Prime gives 4 points on Rs. 200 for rent whereas IDFC Vistara gives 1 points on Rs. 200 for rent . Also, joining fees is less for SBI . Hope this answers your question
 
They just credited bonus 2000points for spending 30k on cv the 1st one. Although I have spen nearly90k on it in two months from aug2023

Idfc customer service is better that pathetic sbi customer service
 
Hi, initially got mail to upgrade but that link is expired now. Got whatsapp message and on clicking takes to link like this https://www.idfcfirstbank.com/credi...dType=MWVP&utm_source=HPE&utm_medium=WHATSAPP and asks for aadhaar, DOB and mobile number. Any idea if this would be considered a new application and have cibil hit ? Already have idfc select and wow and savings account. Thanks
This is the link of new application. It would be considered as fresh application and bank might have cibil hit also.

Thanks , by any chance do you have link for existing customers where it is asking existing card last digits ? I know it might be user specific but just checking.

How is IDFC Customer Service ?
IDFC Customer care is another nightmare. These guys don't know anything about their own products. Even customer knows better than them. Deadline is of zero value for IDFC. And one fine day they'll call you, resolve nothing & simply close the case.

That's very true..

I had filed one chargeback. They hadn't replied for a month even after multiple follow ups or replying with standard reply that they are looking into the matter with priority. After day, one day they closed the case. I had raised the issue again, then they come back that now 120 days of chargeback has been lapsed so they can't do anything.

Post this, I had completely stopped using their card. Keeping just for movies as it's LTF.
