IDFC Future First Savings Account

Thinking of opening a Future First Savings Account with IDFC Bank. The services are more or less similar to a premium account at any bank with no MAB or Debit Card charges (Visa Signature is being offered).

Anyone who is using it currently, how has been the experience?

From the previous comments realized that Visa Platinum will be provided ... in the site its saying Visa Signature will be provided. How to get Signature variant ?

The frontend devs were probably lazy while creating the app that they could not create a separate student account section.

May be they thought even students these days are salaried via money rotation route.

Update: Just now confirmed from customer care as well as checked net banking. Its showing VISA Signature. So hopefully they wont send a Platinum card.

You found the tech of idfc better than that of ICICI ?

I would say the IDFC online customer support is better. Although ICICI is as par.

I had a customer ID generated long ago before opening the account so was able to access instantly
