IDFC Started Issuing Power+ as Second Card

Hi All,

IDFC has started issuing Power+ as second. This was not available before. Only IDFC Vistara was eligible as second. Now you can also apply for Power+ card with shared limit. Instant approval & virtual card available for existing IDFC customers. I got my card today morning.

if you got your IDFC Power or Power Plus card without the Joining fee then the welcome offer is not applicable, it's written in their terms and conditions.
so do not expect 250 or 500 cashback on your first HPCL transaction if you got your card without joining the fee offer.

Mine is not FYF.

Apart from this, if you have this card too can you share MCC of your fuel purchase done on HP Bunk ?

Through IDFC Net Banking.

Go to pay tab- then select smart statement- then click filter under that- select all credit cards- after that when you select any CC transaction there MCC is written as CC/5541/xxxxxxxx

It seems 3rd party vendor pumps getting rewards points without any issues.

coco pumps are creating issues.

I bought fuel worth Rs 1000 from HP Station. Surprisingly, the purchase transaction is reflecting as Rs. 1041. I got back Rs 10 as a surcharge waiver, but why is it Rs 1031 for the purchase of Rs 1000. Anyone faced the same problem?

this IDFC power + card is a mess, no proper rewards on fuel purchases.

Today again used my card in different HP station to check for the rewards!!!

I did first transaction of Rs. 4000 at HPCL petrol pump and it was showing the transaction as Rs. 4139.20 as the amount transacted and Rs. 40 was showing as credit as fuel surcharge waiver. Net amount showing is Rs. 4099.20 which is very bad because almost 100 rupees extra charged. I have never seen such extra charges on other fuel cards. Anyone else used this card at HPCL?

I have been using my magnus on the nearest hpcl petrol pump and always got 1% surcharge. Used idfc power plus and it got surcharged 3%

Raised a complaint, bank said that the merchant is charging.

The worst fuel credit card is idfc power plus. Too much extra charges around 3% which almost nullifies the reward points.
