Did you get the account upgrade initiation link? It’s usually sent via SMS and you are asked to give your consent for upgrading
When was your account upgraded? Some people here are saying that it takes time like 1-2 months to appear on app.
Maintain 10L for 3 months, you’ll receive auto-generated offer. Do this if you haven’t made any deal with anyone from the bank while opening the account. You can also ask someone from the bank for upgradation but they’ll ask you to wait unless they had promised you while opening the account about upgradation right away on funding 10L.
Usually it takes a week time. You can check under First Rewards section on IDFC app.
I opened another account IDFC First Select account on 19th Aug and received welcome kit labelled First Select on 24th Aug...I filed a complaint as I am getting reward points as normal savings .so customer care guy told me i have regular saving account .they suggest me to close old IDFC account later upgradation in first select will happen automatically , i closed old account successfully as 22 September . i raised complaint again due non account upgradation let's see what's happen this time
So when you opened First Select account, what were you seeing on the firstrewards.com portal? Mine wasn’t created automatically but after contacting customer care, within 7 days I could see that it says First Wealth on the rewards portal.
