Technically you're not supposed to use personal cards for GST payment. Business cards of HDFC are good for the same. For income tax etc, you can check Kotak White / White Reserve (Kotak has RBI ban presently), Standard Chartered Ultimate Card. Also, can use DCB / DCB Metal for milestone benefits. Can use Amex Platinum Travel card also for milestone benefits.
