IndusLnd ka "analytics model output for suspect account" system genuine users ke account block kar raha hai and RBI ispe kuch kar bhi nahi sakta.
Ye fraud detection system fraud pakdne ke liye ya logo pareshan karne ke banaya hai IndusLnd ne.
Matlab ye freeze karna unka commercial decision.

Did you also have an INDIE account? Or just an Indus Select account? What kind of transactions did you have?

Yes. Indie got unfrozen after address verification by Indie team.
Select got unfrozen after RBI Bamboodsman complaint.
I paid my cc bills using Indie account.

Got it, do you know if people only having an IndusInd savings account have faced this issue? Like those who DO NOT hold an INDIE account?
Reading this thread, it's very scary. I have a fairly large amount with IndusInd and am scared thinking about my account getting frozen.

Indus Select. I had opened the account last month and did it online using the Indus Mobile App.

Their automated system flags transactions and then freezes account.

It's random. Someone said due to UPI transactions. In my case debit and credit amount was same. Search and check other threads for more information.

Understood, yeah I too think that's one of the different types. Last week my Fi account got frozen, I am guessing its because debit and credit amount were same. I used to add some funds and use those funds for CC payments. I did the same for consecutive 5 days to maximize cashback and on the 6th day they froze my account.

My indie account is unfreezed today. Withdrawn all funds and made balance zero. Unfreezed after 2 months 20 days
