Yeah until last month (24-25 June I think), I was able to ignore the pop and log in to the old app. Now it won't let me ignore the pop up. Although the app is still visible on app store.

I tried just now, I'm still able to use the app just had to close the pop up and proceed.

Also I was not able to setup indie app till date, I have only IndusInd credit card, have no plans to open any account with IndusInd since I already have around 8 accounts with other banks 😬

Yes, they have stopped login and forcing to upgrade to INDIE App. Only view balance without login is working in the old App.

I use netbanking exclusively (I don't use the Indie app). Apparently they have changed the original netbanking too!

Login is getting redirected to a new URL that has .indie. in it. The new thing must be work in progress, because it is in a complete mess! Still they deemed it fit to force it on customers!

Among other issues, no information is available about my CCs anymore. No details available on FDs as well. As of now, I hate it. It's a good thing that my IndusInd usage has now come down drastically.

The old app was good. It allowed you to increase your credit card limit or check for card upgrade offers. You could even make bill payments on other credit cards.When I go to BBPS to pay bills in the new application, it says to create an account.

It doesn't allow me even after clicking the later option and it pops the upgrade option again. If you are able to login, I think this is because I registered on INDIE App so it has blocked the login to the old App.

I am using indus mobile and indie both , from long before the discontinuation

I am only getting move on to Indie app, but Indie registration is not happening. Says invalid Card details on verification. Worst and stupid IndusInd customer support and customer care.

Same for me and that's why I moved to INDIE App but @cardy is saying he is able to use both the Apps simultaneously. Everything is possible with Indus

What a rubbish website interface Indusind has designed.
First they forcefully migrated customer to Indie, I was not using the account since then.
Today I logged into Internet banking, Now I am willing to close the account.
Legend card k bharose Select Account ko 00 amount k sath chhoda tha, Ab legend bhi kisi kaam nehi aata, select account bhi. Ab iss jhandu bank se picha choddane ka waqt aa gaya.

I am using both indus mobile and indie without any problem.

Only i have to click "I'll do it later "

NB: though they are sending mails to upgrade to indie every day

I get this error as soon as I enter my pan card number and submit: "Unable to perform action, Exception in standalone non sba dedupe"

any update about what happened after that? i keep getting this error for the lat two months. i am unable to access the indie app at all

I emailed them couple of times and after some weeks or months, when I tried I was able to sign up
