I again got debited 1062 in this quarter.
Earlier also they debited for preceding quarter but reversed on mail.
I dont know why they are doing so despite legend card linked to savings account.
So we have to raise request for reversal every passing quarter.
What the hell , i dont know what to do.
I avoid calling indus toll free due to pathetic customer support.I think their system is outdated that why doing so. If this is true then how much is our money safe in this bank. If anything happens then we will run here and there no resolution, not even able to connect them as wait time is 1-2 hour. With such a poor customer support how and why they are running bank in India?
