IndusInd bank select account no longer zero MAB with legend card?

I again got debited 1062 in this quarter.
Earlier also they debited for preceding quarter but reversed on mail.
I dont know why they are doing so despite legend card linked to savings account.
So we have to raise request for reversal every passing quarter.
What the hell , i dont know what to do.
I avoid calling indus toll free due to pathetic customer support.I think their system is outdated that why doing so. If this is true then how much is our money safe in this bank. If anything happens then we will run here and there no resolution, not even able to connect them as wait time is 1-2 hour. With such a poor customer support how and why they are running bank in India?
True, once they reverse the non-maintenance charges, I’m seriously considering closing both my savings account and Legend credit card.

This account has no real use for me anymore. I only kept it because it was a zero-MAB account, but if they keep levying quarterly charges and I have to manually request reversals every time, it’s just a hassle.

Their credit card isn’t any better — I need to make tiny transactions like buying an Amazon Pay voucher of ₹10/₹20 just to keep it active. On top of that, they are requesting customers to spend ₹500, which is unnecessary drama.

Their reward program is weak, and they never offer instant discounts. It’s not worth making even a ₹500 transaction on that card, especially when I spend over ₹2.5L during BBD and GIF sales on other credit cards — but end up with zero spend on IndusInd.

At this point, it makes more sense to close both the savings account and the credit card together.

New Indie App migration was worst to the core. It considers all the account has regular savings account.

Indie app sach mein bohut hi ghatiya hai. Jab tak Indus mobile app chal raha tha, tab tak thoda bohut account ka use hota tha.
Forceful migration ke baad, Indie app kholne ka mann hi nehi karta, Uske lag aur bakwas interface ki wajah se.


Indie app is really terrible. When the Indus mobile app was working, I used the account a little bit.
After the forced migration, I don’t even feel like opening the Indie app because of its lag and terrible interface

Yeah same, terrible to the core. They removed debit card redemption too.

Mujhe pehle hi shaq tha March end me migration done hue uske baad se msg aane laga tha aur wahi quarter ka debit hona start hua.
Socialm team ko maine bola bhi lekin apna galti ye log thode manenge.
Fir last me boldia accha hua audit report me tumlog ke saath

It's not just the Indie app migration (I don't use the app), -- it's this whole forced migration to the Indie thing itself. I hate the new netbanking (with a .Indie. in the URL). On top of the UI being horrible, it has removed any information about my credit cards! I was advised by the customer care to contact their credit card department separately!

I never bothered to do that since the cards lie unused. The transactions on my account also have dropped now to a few UPI ones. Thankfully, I haven't been charged for non-maintenace of MAB so far.

I am just waiting for my FDs to mature before pulling the plug on IndusInd for good.

Customer ko bhagane mein aur khud ka bank ko dubane mein koi bhi kasar nehi chodd rahi ha Indusind bank.
Baad mein RBI ke samne aake royega bachane ke liye.

IndusInd Bank is leaving no stone unturned in driving away customers and sinking its own bank.
Later, they will go crying in front of the RBI asking to be saved.
