IndusInd Bank Select Account with Legend Credit Card

Hi, I need some information I have an account indusind bank (exclusive account) a month ago a i applied for legend credit card and I got it. Now I think about downgrade exclusive to select account and link with legend credit card.
I have 2 more accounts in family group, if I downgrade my account other family members account will automatically downgrade or they have to give concern separately.
After downgrade debit card generate automatically or we have to request through RM/CC for all members?
And if I link my account with legend credit card and make it zero balance, my family members Account will be zero balance or they have to maintain. No one give perfect answer even customer care or RM/DBM.
 
I recently upgraded from indus maxima to select via legend cc via branch, in my indus app credit card and account are there and indus account details shows as Select.

I have not received any Debit card, do i need to apply separately? If yes how to do that? I currently have indusind gold card.

You should have been given the option to apply for a DC while upgrading your account at the branch! I received a Visa DC this way. I actually had asked for a MC! When I complained about this to the customer care over phone, I was issued a MC as well. 🙂

If i apply for legend and then open regular account, can i link cc and then upgrade to select?
You can upgrade regular account to select account later. But sometimes branch doesn't want to do that. Because they want new select account to be opened, so that they can meet their target.
And even they agree, they will ask for some fund in the account while upgrading

We would also like to inform you that the Legend Credit card acts as a product surrogate for Select savings account.



However, the Surrogate has to be on primary account holder only.



The Add - on account has to maintain the required Monthly / Quarterly Average Balance as mentioned in the Schedule of Charges (SOC).

I had sent mail asking for the points below -
1. Whether my legend card is linked to my savings account *************** or not ?
2. If the linking has been successful, whether or not my savings select account would be having 0 AMB for maintenance ?

Kindly let me know at the earliest.

Also regarding debit cards apart from Visa signature and MasterCard issued by default rest 2 debit cards offer any value ?

What did you actually ask them? Did you describe the legend link process or just ask about the 0 balance?

Indus doesn't cancel previously owned debit cards and reissue upgraded account variant based debit cards. I'm holding both select and exclusive debit cards.

If you are really worried, you can open new select account & therefore having two accounts independently
 
Opend the account and linked legend card.
Also opened a family memebers account under group banking.
Now what balance needs to be maintained?
As I primary account holder have Legend card O don't need to have balance but does same apply to the other family accounts ?


Or I can give add on cards can they add relationship and make their account zero balance?
