IndusInd bank select account with legend credit card

Hi, I need some information I have an account indusind bank (exclusive account) a month ago a i applied for legend credit card and I got it. Now I think about downgrade exclusive to select account and link with legend credit card.
I have 2 more accounts in family group, if I downgrade my account other family members account will automatically downgrade or they have to give concern separately.
After downgrade debit card generate automatically or we have to request through RM/CC for all members?
And if I link my account with legend credit card and make it zero balance, my family members Account will be zero balance or they have to maintain. No one give perfect answer even customer care or RM/DBM.
 
I actually went to my branch with my Legend CC in hand, and a copy of their policy about a free, linked, Select account.

I asked them to upgrade my existing Maxima account to a Select account, and link my Legend CC to it. I then signed and submitted the required paperwork right there.

A few days after that, the process was duly completed by the Bank.

-- And I was never even asked for any additional funding for them to freeze! 🙂

I recently upgraded from indus maxima to select via legend cc via branch, in my indus app credit card and account are there and indus account details shows as Select.

I have not received any Debit card, do i need to apply separately? If yes how to do that? I currently have indusind gold card.

You have to apply for new card there are 2 options:-
1. You can call customer and ask them to apply new debit card Visa Signature or MC World.
2. You can apply only Visa Signature from your mobile banking . Open mobile banking on top search type "apply new debit card" follow step and done.
After few days your new debit card come.
*You can hold both of the card here some tricks you search on forum 😜

You should have been given the option to apply for a DC while upgrading your account at the branch! I received a Visa DC this way. I actually had asked for a MC! When I complained about this to the customer care over phone, I was issued a MC as well. 🙂

We wish to inform you that the IndusInd Bank Legend Credit Card holders are eligible for 'Zero Balance' Indus Select savings account, till the Credit Card is in 'Active status' and it is linked to the savings account.



We would also like to inform you that the Legend Credit card acts as a product surrogate for Select savings account.



However, the Surrogate has to be on primary account holder only.



The Add - on account has to maintain the required Monthly / Quarterly Average Balance as mentioned in the Schedule of Charges (SOC).

I had sent mail asking for the points below -
1. Whether my legend card is linked to my savings account *************** or not ?
2. If the linking has been successful, whether or not my savings select account would be having 0 AMB for maintenance ?

Kindly let me know at the earliest.
 
I have legend credit card, now if I open select account and fund 50k will it be a zero balance after linking with credit card? is this a online only process or branch visit mandatory? is there any other charges eg. debit card or any ?

if the account opening process is online then yes, you can open it & link your card and wait for a few days before you remove funds. it will be zero maintenance account but watch it for a few months to be 100% sure.

only account upgradation requires bank visit.

select variant DC will be free and you can get upto 2 DC (different type).

Thanks, btw I already have user id for cc so at the step 3 or 4 it is asking for create user id or I have a user id which needs to be selected while opening the account online?

better create a new one for account and you can add by clicking hamburger option left corner ,select add exiting relationship ==> credit card and enter all the details
once added wait for 2 days atleast to sync(just incase) and send an email for confirmation select@indusind.com,reachus@indusind.com
 
Currently I have legend credit card and through that got the Select Bank account with No Minimum Balance; now I'm getting an upgrade on my Legend credit card to Pioneer Legacy; if i upgrade would my Select account still be NMB or switch to a regular account? I checked with my Local branch they said they are not sure.

No it won't be 0AMB account, instead of upgrading card you can ask to provide a new card if possible along with split limit
legend +select account ==> 0AMB
indulge/pinnacle + exclusive ==> 0AMB

Where did you get the upgrade option to pioneer legacy?
