IndusInd bank Select Savings Account and Legend Credit Card

Hi. I received my Select Savings Account welcome kit today but I'm not able to link it with my legend credit card in mobile application. Please help. My 50000 is already stuck in select account and there is no way to take it out as I have to pay penalty as non maintenance charges.
Please help 🥺
 
was it direct physical card delivery or virtual card starts showing before physical card in app ?
Virtual card with all the card details starts showing within 2-4 hours of applying but the interesting fact is that you cannot set pin or use it online till the physical card arrives( at least it happened with me ). Physical card takes 3-4 days to arrive.
 
The bank employee said that he needed a code to make account zero balance and he doesn't know the code. If account opened normally then it won't be zero MAB
Actually the bank employee is right. There is a system code to open select savings account as a surrogate product of Legend credit card with 0 MAB from the beginning. But you can also open select savings account separately and then link your Legend credit card which then makes it 0 MAB. In short, ultimately the account becomes 0 MAB( or MAB with Non-Maintenance charges waiver).

I was able to set pin once virtual card was visible. You can see all the details of the card and then use set/reset pin option. However, I cannot say we can use it online or not as I didn't tried that

Sorry for another question. Where do we see rewards transaction?
It's okay. We are here to help each other so don't be sorry about it. Regarding reward points there is nowhere to see rewards credit debit list separately. What we can do is check whether reward points are credited within 2-7 days after a transaction. In net banking there is option of Card>Debit card>Redeem reward points>select the account variant if having multiple accounts and card>see the available loyalty points>redeem in cash or catalogue( cash preferable).

In Indus mobile app there is cards>debit cards>choose the debit card>manage>see the reward points>can redeem from there if you wish.

then looks like there is some issue with my account as i didn't got any card after applying.
applied for signature and platinum from app somedays ago still nothing, again applied today still nothing.
applied for world select by branch but still nothing..
indusind support is pretty slow, as i mailed them multiple times and even sent a mail to pno and also raised complaint by video branch but no help yet..

only working card i have is gold digicard which i applied via app and got instantly
