IndusInd bank Select Savings Account and Legend Credit Card

Hi. I received my Select Savings Account welcome kit today but I'm not able to link it with my legend credit card in mobile application. Please help. My 50000 is already stuck in select account and there is no way to take it out as I have to pay penalty as non maintenance charges.
Please help 🥺

You should probably contact your nearest branch. It happens when you already have some kind of relationship with the bank.

They sent stating that your account is frozen and we can't do anything from our end and told to visit the branch.

Update:

Twitter took my complaint and asked for all details like date of kyc submission at branch and RM number, branch name and issue details. They registered a complaint and gave the reference number as well, hope it will resolve the issue.

Same details shared by me yesterday. If not resolved within next week, I will file complain through ministry to indusind head

Today received a mail from IndusInd customer care that my credit card has been cancelled on 17th May.
Apparently the idiots took my request for deleting indusmobile linked user ID for card cancellation.
Now, there's no way, I'm gonna continue banking with such a bank where every single person is a moron, will visit branch tomorrow and close the select savings account as well.

I raised request yesterday to delete internet banking for credit card so that I can create new for saving account. Hope they'll not cancel my credit card.

The idea of deleting internet banking is unwanted and will cause these issues. We just have to leave it and everything will be linked. We just need to wait for it after we try linking (even if we get error). The linking will happen.

Do a test transaction and you can confirm it. Ignore the first time use as they give points for first time spend.
