IndusInd bank Select Savings Account and Legend Credit Card

Hi. I received my Select Savings Account welcome kit today but I'm not able to link it with my legend credit card in mobile application. Please help. My 50000 is already stuck in select account and there is no way to take it out as I have to pay penalty as non maintenance charges.
Please help 🥺
 
I have Legend credit card now. If I plan to open the select savings account later, how do you suggest I link both?
In Starting It may give error, when you try manually to link both but ultimately both gets linked automatically.

If You have patience then Open Indus Account.
If you want to do everything instantly like you want to link both instantly after Account opening, you want to withdraw your initial funding instantly after Account Opening then it is not possible.
You have to wait for few days
 
If you guys have a indusind cc and then trying open a savings account.

1st thing is never do it online.

2nd Go to your nearest branch and tell them that you already have a customer id based on your cc.

I used to store money in paytm payments bank FD and their partner is indusind. So, when i visited the bank my customer id was already there. The guy who opened my account was very knowledgeable and told me all of this and said sir your customer id is already created so you won't be able to use accounr properly for 7-8 working days until it gets updated by backend.

So, in short indusind is a slow bank. Give or take everything comes at a price. You can't have good FD rates, Decent LTF cc and Premium zero balance account with banks like hdfc axis.
 
Customer ID remains Same.
Even you close the Account.
Unfortunately not the case for me, when I got Legend CC, I was given a new CIF different from what I had with my old closed CC.
Then they gave another new CIF with Select account.

Also, the debit freeze I'd checked & it was never under debit freeze for me, I could always transact smoothly and no issues there at all.

Mere case m toh exective Credit card wala CIF apne saath leke aaya thha kyuki usko apni tab pe input karna thha.

You got different CIF each time that is unusual and Hence automatic linking did not happen.

Employee to employee depend karta h bro. The ones opened our account were knowledgeable about CIF things and used old CIF. But this is not the case everywhere employees just want to earn their commissions or reach their targets. They don't care about customers.

Feb 2022 - got PARTNER account, i am primary - NB ID ( NBS ) and MB ID ( MBS ) both created after account setup
Mar 2023 - got LEGEND card - NB ID ( NBC ) and MB ID ( MBC ) both created after card setup

So far PARTNER and LEGEND are not linked

Today, NBS and MBS are showing PARTNER and SELECT

Can I attempt linking LEGEND to NBS and MBS ?

I am sure you have an RM assigned, ask him to fix this and link all under one ID.

I had Legend CC for sometime but Yes, there were multiple CIF ID and with incorrect information (phone, email, mother's name) but under my PAN number. The bank RM who helped me in opening the account corrected some of those mistakes and then opened the bank account.

I'm just wondering how long we'll have to wait. No hurry but just good to know when we can start transacting

Your case is also unique with multiple CIF ID.
Ask Branch they can only help to make your CIF uniform across all products

I tried to link LEGEND in NBS..

Did not have to do this again for MBS.. Automatically linked..

Am I all set? How do I verify 0 MAB ?

Good that you are in no hurry 😂 it took almost 4 weeks in my case and the RM only fixed it for me.
 
MAB is still 50k.
So you will not get in Written anywhere that AMB is zero.

Just NMC will be waived off due to Active Indus Legend Card Due toh which it becomes Effectively Zero MAB Account

PARTNER statements ( only the ones sent by bank to email, not the ones downloaded from NB and MB ) explicitly mention..

Thats why I asked.. If anyone has a statement in their email, do post a screenshot..

Have you got the welcome kit for your Select account? If you have, you will see a clause "50k / Relationship Criteria". In case you still need confirmation, contact customer care via email.
