IndusInd bank Select Savings Account and Legend Credit Card

Hi. I received my Select Savings Account welcome kit today but I'm not able to link it with my legend credit card in mobile application. Please help. My 50000 is already stuck in select account and there is no way to take it out as I have to pay penalty as non maintenance charges.

How will I get the new netbanking user id for select account?

What will happen to my credit card netbanking user id?

After your account creation ask your customer id to bank at the time of account opening or later.

Your credit card user ID remain same as your mobile banking user id, you can link your account later by calling credit card customer service.

So there are 2 user id, one for net banking & second for mobile banking. Everyone who opened account after getting credit card having same.

1. After account opening link legend card to select account user id in net banking which can you get by asking to bank. No use of credit card user id in net banking, forget same.

2. After that call customer ->credit card ->request link select account to your existing mobile banking.

It is very straight forward.
After your account activation,
1) uninstall your current app which is using your cc.
2) reinstall the app and follow the prompts to create user id using your sb account and login..
I forgot the actual details but it is pretty straightforward. You may need your mobile number, may be DC details etc
3) go to desktop and follow the new user registration prompts
4) yes they will send you select Visa Dc in about a week
5) in the app, under link relationship menu item, you can link your legend cc, if it is already not linked ..

As I said I couldn’t remember exactly the steps but what I remembered was , I never needed to ask anyone’s help. I did it on my own with the info available with me.
When did you open your account??

I opened my account online ie exclusive… within one day I am all good without any help from anyone

What steps to follow for linking legend cc from old to new account?

No need to wait 48 hours, account get opened in same day only debit freeze occurs for 48 hours.

Use customer ID with debit card to generate password of net banking. After that login and link your card.

I used customer ID to reset password of netbanking then login into netbanking and successfully linked my Legend card.

When I called credit card customer to link my saving account in mobile banking, he asked my savings account customer id and raised a request to link my savings account in mobile banking. He said it will be done in 24 hours.

I thought it will get linked instantly so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it's still showing credit card only.

Do you have any idea, how much does it take to link savings account in credit card mobile banking user id?
