IndusInd bank Select Savings Account and Legend Credit Card

Hi. I received my Select Savings Account welcome kit today but I'm not able to link it with my legend credit card in mobile application. Please help. My 50000 is already stuck in select account and there is no way to take it out as I have to pay penalty as non maintenance charges.
Please help 🥺
 
After reading multiple thread it still uncleared i have mailed to socialm but no luck

can anyone confirm how to delete user id that already linked with legend card now i have linked with welcome kit cif id with select + legend but unable to attatch old user id or modify current one it says user already exist anyway to delete this .

Just forget about the old user id. There is no other way
 
Hello Guys! I’m holding Legend CC and planning to open select A/c in order to convert it to Z-AMB. So I asked RM about it and he told that this offer has been stopped. So anyone please confirm that, is this feature still there in march 2024.

Nothing has been stopped, just open the account and link it. 😁 No need to ask or discuss anything with branch employees. 😂

They are clueless. Mujhe pucha why I have been not charged for not maintaining any balance when I recently visited branch. Maine baato mein ghuma diya. 😂

Got it, Thanks for your reply! Tomorrow I will go and open an select A/c directly from the branch. Can you help me with one thing, like after opening the account how i can easily link the legend card since i am seeing many are facing issues with CIF and netbanking id, so how i can avoid this issues.
My card was delivered yesterday and I’ve not activated it yet.

In welcome kit only debit card is received, will internet banking password come separately along with cheque book? Plz help.
No. You have to create internet banking ID using debit card details. No cheque book. You have to place request for it later using netbaking or mobile app.

For offline account, you will get cheque book along with welcome kit. If you opened online account you need to request for cheque book separately.
I have requested for cheque book only once through app. After few days I got 2 additional cheque book without any request. Customer care executive and branch people are clueless, they are not able to cancel request. Email team will respond only after the delivery 🤣. I don't know what's going on.
 
my aura edge credit card recently upgraded to legend credit card and I would like to open a select account. Bank employee is asking a proof of zero MAB select account. Please someone share the proof of the above statement as I was not able to find it in the schedule of charges.

No need to discuss anything or share any proofs, 🤭 just open the account, link both the savings and credit card accounts, and that effectively makes it Zero MAB.
