Indusind Bank - WORST Bank

Earlier i advocated opening bank account with IndusInd on this forum...All banks are BEST till you interact them with any issue.....However, after 3 months, i would like to correct myself that IndusInd Bank is even worse than SBI....

Last month, i received an inward remittance and bank failed to locate the transaction in their system despite i shared complete details with them....Neither i received any email nor any SMS from the bank. Branch Manager called 10 employees in front of me and each of them keep referring him to some other employee...

As i understand that if NO ACTION is taken by bank then inward remittance is sent back to sender after 5 days...In my case, they didn't took any action and they told that money is sent back to sender..

The sender informed me that they have still not received....I lost all hopes of recovering this amount....

I have CLOSED my BOTH the Accounts with IndusInd Bank....हमारा देश चुनोतियों से ज्यादा Indusind bank जैसे Chut***** से परेशान हैं

Indusind unless pioneer branch is useless. Sometimes one odd employee you meet is ready to help but
Bank system is so shitty , they can't help you even if they try their best

I finalized ICICI Bank or HSBC Bank...I read reviews that in HSBC bank, you receive remittance within few hours....ICICI Bank, i used in past and i received remittance next day...ICICI Bank never asked any document or mail....It automatically credit the money in the account......I stopped using ICICI Bank because of lower rate otherwise, it is very good.

Hdfc is best imo. Never faced any issue till date. My friend always sends me and it gets credited in seconds.

Indusind unless pioneer branch is useless. Sometimes one odd employee you meet is ready to help but
Bank system is so shitty , they can't help you even if they try their best

Agree but i use HDFC only for investment purpose so i do not share HDFC details anywhere....Use ICICI for business and Kotak only for UPI purpose.

Does it require any physical documentation and stuff?

So far has been using ICICI and it was always smooth expect more charges.

Agree but i use HDFC only for investment purpose so i do not share HDFC details anywhere....Use ICICI for business and Kotak only for UPI purpose.

I tried IOB but major issue is that they don't issue FIRC and IT/GST might ask for FIRC then you will be in trouble. I closed SBI because they didn't issue me FIRC when GST department asked for the same...Somehow, i replied to notice without FIRC and i shared ack that i requested for FIRC from SBI but still not received...touchwood the case was closed without FIRC.

My employer gives ESOP in US Market. I frequently receive some dividends or left over proceedings after tax.

Intention is to transfer minor amount every now and then. But want to be prepared for big transfer when I need it. So which bank would you recommand for me.

I've been saying this for a long time. I had a similar experience. Received a wire, contacted them with full details in advance as I was expecting it. Clueless, the wire was returned, incurring huge fees to get it resent to icici who credited it same day of receipt.

About 6 months later, I received a call from Indus saying my wire transfer was returned because I did not provide documents and to ask them to resend it.

Firstly entire branch including Branch Manager didn't knew what is FIRC...This branch is in IT hub of Bangalore...They referred to me doorvani nagar branch...Doorvani Nagar branch referred me to MG road branch, MG road branch referred me to Dairy Circle Branch, Dairy Circle Branch referred me to HAL Branch....HAL Branch told me to contact customer care.....Customer Care of SBI we all know is a SHIT......They replied, contact home branch....

I wasted 3 weeks in this entire shit....Finally home branch told that we can only issue bank statement with stamp & seal, we cannot issue FIRC....I submitted the acknowledgement of FIRC request with GST officer stating that i submitted request with SBI but didn't receive....

Anybody here have experience with IDFC First for inward remittance? I am currently with DBS.
