I have also tried as per suggestions from this forum with @RS1910 who took all my documents offline and said he applied but didn't even give me an application reference number. He said my application is stuck with product head, and asked me to wait for few days. He replied last on 17th Jan and now doesn't even bother to respond to my messages. Not sure if it was right decision to share my docs with him.

Dear Sjmajumdar it's not only ur application is pending, I have more than 50 cases with me which are pending due to bank stopped issuing ED as LTF. U can ask other 100 ppls who recieved their LTF ED card. I am the employee only and have to follow the protocols.
 
DC pin comes seperately via some local post. Anyways its not needed to reset the PIN.

Regarding cheque book, try raising request online via app or netbanking. If it gets rejected instantly, most likely they will claim your KYC is pending & ask you to visit branch. This seems to be the case with everyone who open account online.

Sad affairs with IndusInd

1. Cheque book comes later. You will receive another mail with cheque book dispatch details and will also get the cheque book if you are lucky.

2. DC pin is sent separately by all. I hope you realize what can happen if DC pin is sent with DC. But to answer your question again you will get it if you are lucky.

I got mails for both with tracking number but none reached me 😀.

Guys, received the cheque book that I had ordered on 15th via App without any issue…
Hope there won’t be any kyc issue for my account opened online , for some they asked them to visit the branch..
Going in right direction as of now…touch wood..
