Indusind Exclusive Savings Account Discontinued !!

Surprisingly today i received a call from branch and they agreed to open Exclusive Account (Maybe due to FY end target pressure). I checked the form they shared with me...It is exclusive account only.

Finally, my indusind exclusive account is opened with 2 lac initial funding...It is visible in indie app within 1 hour....My existing credit card is upgraded to pinnacle with a fees of 5k+gst (I rejected 15k+ gst option with vouchers).

The pinnacle fees will not be refunded on spending 50k in 90 days (This offer is only for NTB).

I will close my Niyo DCB once i receive visa signature card.

Can you please check with your branch as to what was the exact process or method by which your branch was able to open the exclusive account for you.

It's a bit urgent as there are only few days in March.

As i anticipated, they are completing financial year end targets and due to recent bad news, branch was empty so they are closing existing leads.

i don't have any relation with the bank other than this cc, so I have to create an exclusive account by funding it and the convert it?

and what is the above member saying is it true? additionally how I reach to a person to talk to through ivr, I mean evey option is leading me toa dead end saying contact website for more details 😮‍💨

Why do you have to go to branch? Open it online, IP 90K. Once mobile banking is active you can link your Pinnacle CC.

In my case, for first addon account, I transferred the difference between my account balance and 2 lakh as initial funding. Like you have to maintain 2 lakh in account or if there is shortfall, then you will be required to fund your account or you can transfer to new account as initial funding. For remaining accounts, 10000 per account.

No idea about existing family accounts.

I opened a Pioneer Add on and an Exclusive add on 2nd or 3rd or March, it shows Exclusive Add On in app, nebanking and statement, received exclusive KIT. I have Exclusive Sig, Exclusive MC World DC for that account. Again these are not fresh Exclusive Account just Add on accounts. My RM confirmed for Add On accounts, he didn't confirm on new accounts as of yet.

All grouped accounts (max 6) will be zero balance if Pinnacle is linked to the primary account. Only IP is required to open a new grouped account. To set up grouping IP= 2L - current balance in primary account.

Did you Upgraded it through whats app or which channel , on which date you did it.

Does it is successful for you , while upgrading from whats app does it asked to select any Debit card

I upgraded but the upgrade could only happen after maintaining minimum balance , we can't select the card
