Indusind Indulge Credit Card - Missold LTF

I had read a few posts of our members getting IndusInd Indulge LTF on high NRV Pioneer account but my attempt ended in a FYF (only joining fee waiver) card being issued instead of LTF.
Didn't get the initial offer in writing so further escalation is not an option.

For LTF, i am being told that the options are Pioneer Legacy or Pinnacle (the product details shared show both cards being quite similar).
Also, being told that Tiger and Crest are 'no longer sourced'

Is there a better option for a LTF CC? Please let me know.

I found that the card had joining fee. It was billed more than a week after the card was issued

#1 came to know that Heritage Metal LTF is no longer being approved

#2 escalation to MD Desk for another issue was not much helpful

Pioneer legacy card has the highest reward points awarded for weekend spends (2 per 100) where value is 1re. Also, one gets milestone rewards too (reduced after devaluation).

Tiger is a solid 40ps per point card at best and I do not get to use it since there are better cards in my portfolio.

Did the RM tell you that Heritage Metal LTF is not being sourced? I think this card makes good sense as LTF premium card for lifestyle benefits at best.

I hold Legacy... I have emailed them to provide Tiger on split basis.. Let me see if they give or not...

They have rejected my request for Tiger on a Split basis.

I got a call from some IndusInd CC agent that I have a pre-approved CC offer with up to 5L. I did not give importance as I thought she was just saying to complete her quota and asked her to call after some time. She followed up...

Yes
Heritage Metal LTF approval is no longer possibly even with NRV as high as 2Cr! Looks like previous LTF approval didn't get expectations of the bank!

Even Indulge LTF is not easy

It is being sourced but less in number as they are losing money on the card. Try to upgrade your card to Tiger via the email route head.cardservices@indusind.com. I am also thinking of upgrading but just holding it off because after the upgrade I will not be able to get any other card on a split basis from Indusind.

Tiger maybe stopped after RBI's directive on co-branded cards. The reason why RBL and DBS banks cut-off ties with Bajaj. I doubt Indusind can sell premium cards if they continue this strategy of high one time fees for cards that are practically useless in daily life.

I hold the Tiger but I do not see a single transaction where it is better than the other cards I hold.
