Please accept my sincere apology on the experience you had with our Bank on occasions cited by you. I request you to view this experience as only an aberration and not a reflection of our service standards.

Please permit us to clarify as follows:

• Basis your email, we wish to inform you that we have raised a request to reverse the Membership Fees of INR 15,000.00 + GST.
• The request shall be processed within 2 working days.
• We have also raised a request to change your Fee code from INR 15,000.00 + GST to INR 5,000.00 + GST.
• The request for the same shall be processed within 7 working days.
• We would also like to provide you with a confirmation that the Membership Fee of INR 5,000.00 + GST shall be waived of subject to the achievement of total spend-criteria of INR 50,000.00 within 90 days from the date of Card issuance.

Hey wanted to know, have you checked your current card statement ? I mean have they reversed the fees?....I have been following up with them since last week, but no luck, they keep telling it's under process/sent to product team etc. 🙁

They reversed the fee of 15k +gst 2 days ago and as of now they didn't charge 5000 fee
May be they might charge the fee in future if I don't spend 50k in 90 days

Hey, Could you please DM me some screenshots where this 5000 fee is shown. I don't know why they are not considering my compliant, I dropped an email on 23rd Feb, they keep saying that it's under process. So this month I will shoot a complaint to RBI Ombudsman’s office once 30 days have been passed. I would really appreciate if you could send me some screenshots that I can submit as a proof related to the card joining fee. Thanks brother.

UPDATE: Finally, after multiple follow-ups, IndusInd has reversed the ₹15,000 joining fee along with GST on my Pinnacle credit card. Additionally, since I’ve already spent over ₹50,000 on the card, I won’t have to pay the ₹5,000 fee (Nodal officer confirmed the same) —making my card lifetime free with no additional charges.

For anyone applying for the IndusInd Pinnacle credit card, I highly recommend taking a screenshot of the fees page or even recording a video during the application process as proof, just to be on the safe side!
