IndusInd Pioneer account opening, need help

I was asked an IP of 10L to open Pioneer account. In the Schedule of Benefits, it says AQB of 10L but there wouldn't be any non maintenance charges. Also the BM said there would be no downgrades if I don't maintain the AQB.
Does anyone know whether the account would be downgraded?

Take it in writing and then enjoy. Try to have branch manager or deputy branch manager as ur RM

I have not yet received my acc welcome kit but in Indie app I can see 2 different Infinite Pioneer cards with different numbers which means pvc and metal both pioneer cards are issued and will be delivered to me.
The person even confirmed me that both of them will remain active. I am. Just wondering if by any glitch, the BMS offer or card specific offers will be repeated and not shared since both the cards pvc and metal are diff numbers and most of these lounge, bms, big basket offers are card specific and not account specific.

I havent done anything. All application process is undertaken by branch and Deputy branch manager. I already had an existing partner acc so they had to get zonal head approval or something.
I have not received any welcome kit yet although I received message saying it will be dispatched soon.
I am. not sure which debit card I will get in welcome kit or if I will get metal later on and in welcome I will get pvc card.. no clue about that. Will update here once I receive.
Multiple people said that both pvc and metal Will remain active, the official who pro messed my metal card also said the same who's from my branch itself. So most likely both metal and pvc will remain a rive parallely.

Pioneer a/c needs 10L as cumulative (across family a/cs) in CASA or 30L TRV (again cumulative). Mostly I never faced much issue in 5yrs except in past few months, my wife card was not working properly for cash withdrawal in UAE. And my a/c conversion from nro to resident lead to some app issue, probbaly due to customer ID issue, however, my rm constantly followed up with me for this. App issue is fixed, not sure of debit card issue, will try in few days.
Side note, my RM is from a 24x7 branch in Jaipur (due to original NRI relationship).

Doesn't Pioneer savings account holders automatically qualify for pioneer legacy credit card by just having pioneer savings account?

Actually, I thought we would get it since Anindya got pinnacle with pioneer account by increasing his trv.
Yes, pre-qualified that too, LTF.
Got the Pioneer Legacy also yesterday.
