I believe you mean to say Pioneer account not Pioneer private. Pioneer needs 10L AQB whereas Pioneer private needs 1Cr AQB or 3Cr TRV.
You can easily open a Pioneer account at a city/branch that has pioneer banking.

I received a mailer which mentions Pioneer Private in headline however the RM does not have any official confirmation yet. I guess we still have to wait for this

Private is not by invite. Anyone can open it. But useless now. Indusind started downgrade pioneer account

You can email private team for contact details of RM. Or you can visit any pionner Branch.
1 is in delhi Punjabi bagh
2nd is in delhi defence colony near Lajpat Nagar.

No it's available in across india but processing to be done by pioneer branches at delhi Mumbai Kolkata and 2-3 more cities.
Either visit those branches in those cities or ask your branch to coordinate with them

Downgrade mean your account will be converted to exclusive from pioneer
this may be if you are not maintaining the requisite balance as per their conditions
latest update: private RM visited home and informed that he will check if i satisfy the criteria and get back to me even though I was informed by his colleagues that I already meet the eligibility criteria
